Do I pay a deposit for mini-bus or coach hire?
Yes, a deposit is required to book a coach. This deposit is non-refundable in most circumstances
How do I pay this Deposit?
You can pay by transfer or lodgement to bank account – Contact our office for deposit transfer / payment info.
When do I pay for the remaining balance of money?
You can pay before the date(s) of hire or on the day to the driver
Is the cost of the bus driver included in the quotation?
Yes, the cost of the driver is included in the quote
Is there any tax or VAT on mini-bus or coach hire?
No, there are no taxes or VAT on coach hire
Do you do overnight coach & mini-bus work?
Yes, we do overnight work
Are your fleet of coaches and mini-buses insured and licensed?
Yes, our coaches and drivers are licensed by the Department of Transport in Ireland. Coaches, drivers and passengers are fully insured
Do you have DVD players in your coaches?
Yes, we have DVD players in some of our coaches
Do you have a baby seat available for mini-buses?
Yes, but please request when booking
What is the minimum cancellation time for hire bookings?
36 hours before time of coach hire
How many passengers do your mini-bus & coaches seat ?
We have 8, 16 seat mini-bus for hire, 19, 29, 35, 39, 51, 53, seat coaches for hire.
Are your coach and mini-buses used for all types of trips and outings ?
Yes our smallest mini- bus to largest coaches are suitable for your coach travel & executive travel needs in Ireland including: wedding coach hire, luxury minibus hire, golf trips, airport minibus hire, schools & colleges coaches for hire. Sports teams, supporters, club outings, family outings and a myriad of journeys for all sizes and types of groups we have the vehicle solution for your needs.
BUS FLEET INFORMATION :
We comply with the annual Self-Declaration to the Road Safety Authority in accordance with the Road Safety Authority Commercial Vehicle Road worthiness Act 2012.
We are regularly inspected by the Road Safety Authority
All coach and mini-bus vehicles meet the requirements of EU Directives concerning Seat Strength, Safety Belts and Safety Belt Anchorages.

- Certificates of Vehicle Road-worthiness Test (CVRT) – Done annually on all coaches and mini-bus
- Regularly serviced as per manufacturers recommendations
- Voluntary 13 week Safety check done by outside competent persons.
- Fire Extinguishers maintained annually

- ALL employees undertake requisite COVID-19 safety & hygiene control training
- All buses CD Player
